• Man City get behind Maine Road

  The kind folks at Manchester City FC website have been tweeting about Maine Road for the past couple of weeks and have run a competition for their followers to win tickets to see the show. They’ve also kindly previewed the show and are coming to see it for themselves on Thursday night.

  Monkeywood Theatre produced Maine Road, a play written by co-founder Sarah McDonald Hughes. The play, shortlisted for the Alfred Bradley Bursary Award 2009, the most prestigious radio drama prize in the country, was premiered at the 2009 24:7 Theatre Festival in Manchester.
